GTA (Grand Turismo Alleggerita) is an iconic nameplate for Alfa Romeo. This name adorned the legendary Giulia GTA from 1965, a car that has won hundreds of victories for Alfa back in its glory days. And now when Alfa Romeo recognised the interest in something crazier than the current Giulia Quadrifoglio, if only to lift sales of the slow-selling sedan, Alfa turned its history pages to resurrect the GTA once again. Hence the new Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm debuted earlier this month, just before the COVID-19 crisis turned into a pandemic and forced Alfa Romeo and several other carmakers to start shutting down production in Italy as well as in many other countries in Europe over the past week.

The Honda S2000 is in a good place when it comes to collectible classics. Aside from the car’s obvious allure, it’s old enough to be rare and interesting, yet new enough to not have to panic when spare parts are needed. The luxury car market is an ever-growing space and mainstream brands from around the world have been trying to grab their piece which is otherwise dominated by the German brands. PSA Group, which owns Citroen and Peugeot, had recently jumped into the ring with DS, their semi-luxury spin-off of Citroen. Despite rumours, there is no direct successor to the legendary S2000. The car ended production more than a decade ago, but as owners we can attest that spare parts will probably become a worry in the future. Honda still makes parts for the car and the local dealer does a half-decent job of shipping them in on order(see our long-term updates). However, Honda has announced that they will now offer a catalogue of parts for the foreseeable future as well, as it has designated the S2000 as a heritage model.
