The 2017 Nissan X-Trail has received a facelift, at least in some markets. Known as the Nissan Rogue in the U.S. market, it features their new corporate “V-Motion” exterior design, along with the addition of a hybrid engine.
The Nissan Sentra is getting refreshed with the addition of a sportier version, the SR Turbo, which gets a turbocharged engine. The 2017 Sentra will feature a new face with Nissan’s V-Motion grille similiar to that of the Maxima and Altima.
Our Nissan Patrol LE went in for its first “free” service recently, after the 1000 km break-in period. Normally we avoid upsells, but she just happened to be offering exactly what we were after.

But ours is the LE V8. This is the new Patrol SE V6, a replacement for the discontinued SE V8. And the only way you can tell the difference is when you mash the throttle pedal.
It’s happened. The 2017 Nissan Patrol is now available with a V6 engine, as the existing 317 hp Patrol SE V8 has already been discontinued. And the V6 is already in Dubai showrooms quietly on display in the UAE.
