The Mercedes-Benz G-Class has been in the scene since 1979 and now, with the introduction of the new “designo manufaktur” individualisation programme, the German carmaker offers customisation options for their ancient trucklet. And as recognition of the G-Wagen’s loyal customer base in the Middle East, specifically the UAE, Mercedes-Benz Cars has created four “designo manufaktur” Mercedes-AMG G 63 editions, exclusively for the GCC.
Mercedes-Benz has released more images and videos of the 2016 G-Class facelift recently. First introduced back in May, it gets very subtle changes with the overall shape still being the same since it was first introduced decades ago.
Brabus has revealed their latest iteration of the Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG, called the 850 6.0 Biturbo Widestar. It is set to debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Stories are popping up all over about this Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6×6 model, a limited-production monstrosity that’s designed to be sold only to one kind of clientele. This is the weirdly-named Brabus B63-620 WIDESTAR. It’s named like so because it is based off of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG. And it has “620” horses. And it’s very wide.
Mercedes-Benz has revealed further details about their updated G-Wagen. Joining the mildly-updated 388 hp G 500 is the all-new 544 hp G63 AMG replacing the G55 AMG, as well as a limited-production 612 hp G65 AMG. The debut is set for the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, a sign that China is the hottest car market in the world right now.
