ظهرت باكورة سيارات ماكلارين أوتوموتيف لأول مرّة أمام الجمهور في مهرجان غودوود للسرعة أوائل الأسبوع الماضي. حيث قاد كلّ من بطل العالم لسباقات الفورمولا واحد جنسون باتون وبطل العالم لعام 2008 لسباقات الفورمولا واحد لويس هاميلتون نموذج برتقالي اللون من السيارة على طول تلّة غودوود الشهيرة.

وكانت سيارة ماكلارين ام بي4-12سي أول سيارة تصل إلى هذا المهرجان يوم الجمعة، الثاني من يوليوالحالي، وبذلك إفتتحت باكورة ماكلارين مهرجان هذا العام، بقيادة أنطوني شريف المدير التنفيذي لشركة ماكلارين أوتوموتيف. وتصّدرت السيارة المهرجان، حيث أنها بقيت معروضة على المنصة طيلة الأسبوع.

هذا و قد شدّت سيارة ماكلارين إليها العديد من زوار المهرجان الذين بلغ عددهم 176,000 حيث كانت شاسية السيارة معروضة على منصة ماكلارين.

إحتفلت شركة ماكلارين أوتوموتيف مؤخراً بالعيد العشرين لسيارة ماكلارين إف1 الأسطورية المخصّصة للطرقات العادية وللسباقات، وذلك بجمع العدد الأكبر من سيارات إف1 في مكان واحد بحيث بلغ عددها 21 سيارة التقت كلّها في مركز ماكلارين للتقنية في ووكينغ بإنكلترا.

هذا وقد تمت دعوة أصحاب سيارات ماكلارين إف1 حول العالم للمشاركة في هذه المناسبة التي شملت تقديم لمحة عن خطط الشركة الحالية والمستقبلية المتعلّقة بإنتاج المستقبلية من السيارات الرياضية عالية الأداء والتي يرتكز الطراز الأول منها ’إم بي 4- 12سي‘ (MP4-12C) على تراث ماكلارين إف1 العريق وسيبدأ بيعه في أسواق الشرق الأوسط في العام 2011.

واليوم، وفي عيدها العشرين، لا تزال ماكلارين إف1 بالنسبة للكثيرين احد أهم وأروع السيارات على الإطلاق.

McLaren Automotive has released more details about its expectations for, the Middle East market, where it will launch the first in its range of high performance sports cars from spring 2011. The announcement follows the world debut of the new McLaren MP4-12C at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, England, where the two most recent Formula 1 world champions, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton, unveiled the new car.

McLaren Automotive, the high performance sports car manufacturer based at the home of McLaren’s world-famous Formula 1 racing team, has announced further details on its Middle East plans. The company has confirmed that it is seeking retailers in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the countdown to the 2011 launch of the first in its range of next-generation road cars.
