We stopped reporting on recalls last March because, firstly, it’s boring news, and secondly, there’s just too many of them. Most publicised recalls are issued according the U.S. NHTSA agency. But we’ve decided to list all the recalls since then, just to make sure we’ve covered them, and potential buyers of these cars can get the whole story, so here goes.
It’s been more than two months now since we bought our 2007 Honda S2000. I’d like to reiterate that I hate soft-top sports cars, but Honda chose to make one of their best cars ever as a convertible, and we have to live with it. We did hear that they offered a hard-top in Western markets when the car was new, so we went to look for one.
This is tuner-outfit Raw Performance’s Honda S2000 engine-swapped with a modified “2JZ” motor, racing against a Toyota Supra built by Majestic Motorsports. If you’re up-to-date with your engine codes, you’d know that the “2JZ” is actually the same engine that lies under the bonnet of the Supra as standard. Considering that the S2000 is a much lighter car, the results are expectedly crazy.
Honda Jazz, the sub-compact hatchback from the renowned Japanese automaker, has made an interesting appearance at the Geneva Auto Show, wearing the ‘Si’ badge – a bright red badge which is very popular among the youth in the Middle East region.
