Geneva International Motor Show Hosted In Doha, Qatar!

The Geneva Motor Show has hosted all major ICE car models in the history of automobiles from Geneva, Switzerland, since 1905. However, due to COVID-19, the 2020 Geneva Motor Show had to be cancelled for subsequent two years, which then led to an agreement with the Qatari government to hold the biennial exhibitions in Doha, Qatar, during the fourth quarter along with the main Geneva Motor Show exhibitions in Switzerland during the first quarter. Mercedes-Benz debuts 2020 AMG GLC 53, AMG GT-R Roadster and more at Geneva Motor Show

Mercedes-Benz has used this week’s Geneva motor show to roll out five world premieres, ranging from the sub-compact CLA Shooting Brake to a roadster version of the thunderous AMG GT R. It’s also the last motor show appearance for long-standing company chairman Dr Dieter Zetsche, who will step down in May to make way for current board member Ola Källenius as his successor.

Bentley Bentayga and Mulsanne Mulliner models in Geneva

Bentley showcased at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show two of its Mulliner models which add extra luxury to the already luxurious Bentley models. The models in question are the current flagship Bentleys, the Mulsanne sedan and the Bentayga SUV. Both the models will be available in very limited numbers, to add exclusivity to the equation.

Italdesign’s Zerouno supercar is a carbon-fibre fest

Italdesign’s new supercar brand Italdesign Automobili Speciali has shown off their new creation, the Zerouno at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. The Italian company has given the Lamborghini Huracan a fancier carbon-fibre cloak but it’s more than just a modified car. And the best part is, this isn’t a one-off destined to grace just the show stand but a production model. Italdesign plans to sell five of these machines.

Lamborghini Huracan Performante claims fastest ‘Ring time, allegedly

Recently, Lamborghini set all car discussion forums on fire by releasing a video of a 06:52:01 Nurburgring lap by their new Huracan Performante. This made it the fastest production car to lap the ‘Ring, beating the Porsche 918 Spyder by five seconds. The video didn’t give us a clear idea of what the car looked like. But Lamborghini is showcasing the Huracan Performante at the ongoing 2017 Geneva Motor Show.

2018 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid ups the green game with 680 hp

At last year’s Paris Motor Show, Porsche unveiled the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid which churned out 462 hp and 700 Nm from its hybrid powertrain that consisted of a bi-turbo 2.9-litre V6 and an electric motor. Now, Stuttgart has revealed a more powerful version of the hybrid Panamera with 680 hp. Say hello to the 2018 Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid.
