McLaren Automotive has announced the appointment of two new team members to help the company deliver its international and regional plans. The new car company is gearing up for the McLaren MP4-12C, the first in its range of high-performance cars, which will go on sale in the Middle East in summer 2011.

The 2012 Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG has been revealed. Along with the face-lift, fuel efficiency has been improved and if 457 hp is not enough for you, customers can also choose a performance package to get even more power.
Land Rover’s upgraded 2011 LR2 and 2011 LR4 models are now available in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. Both now get improved fuel efficiency, along with upgraded exteriors and interiors. The engine specifications remain the same as the 2010 versions.
The 2011 Range Rover and 2011 Range Rover Sport are on sale in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. A new Limited Edition joins the Range Rover Sport line-up for 2011, which is positioned above the HSE. Some extra upgrades have been added on this year. Engine specs remain the same.

We just received a press release stating that the 2011 Mini Countryman had its GCC launch in Dubai with a “two-day action packed adventure” for the media around the UAE. We also heard from some Sharjah newspaper journalist that even he was invited. But of course, we being a small-time website with only 100,000 audited GCC readers and 280,000 worldwide users, with five times more web traffic than Car Middle East or any other local website, were deemed not worthy enough to join the party.
The Lexus IS F sports sedan may have just debuted in the UAE and other GCC countries for the first time in 2011, but it has been around elsewhere since the 2008 model year. KTM opened the doors to their new showroom in Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road today. More conveniently located now compared to their previous store, consumers will be able to choose from off-road racing motorbikes, street motorcycles, quads and a host of riding equipments and upgrades at the showroom. The American-built 2011 Honda Odyssey minivan was launched at an event in Dubai. The upmarket minivan is seemingly aimed at big Arab families, and is expected to sell fine in countries such as Saudi Arabia, though not necessarily as abundantly in the UAE.
