Italian automaker Fiat, has revealed an all-electric version of the Fiat 500, dubbed the Fiat 500e, ahead of its debut at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show.

News is, Fiat’s latest hot hatch based on the 500, the Abarth 695 Maserati edition, will be showcased in Mille Miglia.

Fiat is apparently making a return to the GCC market, as evidenced at the 2009 Dubai Motor Show with the display of the Fiat 500. The new 500 has been trundling around in Europe for a couple of years now. Event photos by Faisal Khatib.

In Europe, Ferrari has chosen the Fiat 500 as its courtesy car for local customers. About 200 special Fiat 500 units have been manufactured exclusively for the Ferrari sales network all over Europe.
