BMW is apparently working on a project called the Megacity Vehicle (MCV), due for release by 2013. They say the Megacity Vehicle will be a “revolutionary” electric car, and will be the world’s first volume-produced vehicle with a passenger cell made from carbon-fibre.
Gordon Murray, designer of the legendary McLaren F1, has released the first images of his latest project, the T.25 City Car. In development now for half a decade by his firm, Gordon Murray Design, the T.25 started life as a doodle on a restaurant napkin.

The next-generation CLS-Class has been spotted in Dubai before, undergoing hot-weather testing, but this time, it has distinctly less camouflage than before, as the final body styling has already been finalised.
As ridiculous as it sounds, BMW has released photos of their all-new 2011 X3 crossover prototype undergoing testing in full camouflage. The official ‘spy shots’ show a larger vehicle than the one being replaced, although still likely in the compact category.
Manufacturers usually do their best to hide their future models from prying eyes to retain some sense of suspense when the new car is finally revealed. Therefore the redesigned 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class still has a long time to go before launch, with showroom deliveries reportedly slated for early 2011. So in an ironic twist, German tuning firm Lorinser has already released a full sketch of what their modified version of the CLS will look like.
This image of what looks like the next-generation Ford Explorer is doing the rounds of the internet. While many believe it is the real deal, we believe it is simply a manipulation of an existing spy shot. Even then, based on the spy shots, this is likely identical to how the new SUV will look like. Said to be debuting in early 2011, it could either be badged as a 2011 or a 2012 model.
Forgotten French automaker Citroen will be showing off a concept car at the 2010 Shanghai Auto Show later this month. Dubbed the Citroen Metropolis, it seems to be getting a lot of press for the way it looks.

Mercedes Benz is planning to release the next generation CLS soon. Until then, the Mercedes Benz Shooting Break Concept has been revealed, to give an idea of the design cues it will sport.
