At the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, Lexus unveiled a race-ready version of their RC F sports car to share the stage with their luxury offering, the LS 500h. Named the RC F GT3, the race-spec Lexus follows the lines of the RC F GT3 concept that Lexus revealed at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.

In the recently-concluded 2017 Chicago Motor Show, Mitsubishi unwrapped a new special edition of the 2017 ASX crossover called the LE or Limited Edition. The Limited Edition goes on sale in the US with the Outlander Sport moniker, as it is known in the American market
The Y61-generation Nissan Patrol, still on sale in select markets including the UAE after the new Y62-generation came out in 2010, is getting a second life in the GCC, even as it is being phased out elsewhere. There will now be a top trim level called the Nissan Patrol Super Safari in the Middle East.
