Lexus LX 570 gets TRD body kit in Japan, likely coming to UAE & GCC
Toyota and Lexus do their best to differentiate their products, but cross-pollination is inevitable when the luxury Lexus brand’s flagship LX 570 model is a rebodied Toyota Land Cruiser. Now the Toyota Racing Development tuning arm, better known as TRD, is offering a body kit for the Lexus LX 570 in Japan.
2018 Hyundai i30 N hot hatch revealed
Hyundai’s i30 N hot hatch has been floating around the news for a while. Hyundai is looking up their game in the performance hatchback segment, as the Veloster Turbo didn’t exactly hit the mark.
2018 Suzuki Swift Sport shown off ahead of Frankfurt debut
To spice up the 2018 Suzuki Swift hatchback range which was launched in January, Suzuki is preparing to launch the turbocharged Swift Sport at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
2018 Kia Sorento facelift revealed
Kia has given their mid-size SUV, Sorento, a mid-cycle facelift in its home market, South Korea. This refresh for the 2018 Sorento includes a bunch of subtle visual changes on the exterior as well as the interior. A new set of full-LED headlamps are accompanied by a set of “ice-cube” LED fog lights. The grill and the bumper are also tweaked a bit to complete the fascia update at the front.
2018 Honda Accord debuts with turbo engines
The all-new 2018 Honda Accord was just revealed in the United States. Slated to hit U.S. showrooms in late 2017, the new Accord looks like a liftback, but is actually a sedan with a larger cabin and a smaller boot opening.
2017 Nissan Patrol Super Safari 3-door released in UAE, KSA & GCC
Following the relaunch of the Patrol Super Safari 5-door earlier this year, Nissan has launched the 3-door version of the Patrol Super Safari, also known as the Hard Top version.

Long-term update: Our Toyota FJ Cruiser has its first real issue
Our Toyota FJ Cruiser is running trouble-free, as we expected it to do. We even took it off-road, where it did phenomenally well (despite the confused thumb gestures by our offroad monkey Vivek “Payero” Menon in the photo above). But it’s currently facing a minor (or major, depending on how you look at it) concerning the exterior trim.
