Hyundai’s luxury arm, Genesis, is undertaking a complete portfolio overhaul that included the recently launched G80 and G70 sedans, along with their first SUV, the GV80. Now they’re adding a second SUV to the lineup, the smaller 2022 Genesis GV70. The GV70 flaunts their new signature design language whilst adding its own twist to the looks.
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross created a stir when the crossover was launched with the name of the legendary sports car on it. The world seems to have forgotten the rage though, as the Eclipse Cross is still around, rounding out Mitsubishi’s SUV-heavy line-up. Now there is a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross that improves on the ho-hum original.
The Honda Accord carries on in a segment that is slowly dying out in the face of increasing crossover sales. The 2021 Accord comes with negligible design updates and a bit more tech in an effort to prop up sales.
Here is the list of recalls that were sent out globally in the month of September 2020.
Due to the pandemic, every car dealer around is claiming that you can buy or service your car while sitting at home, without actually giving any real details about whether you can actually buy a car with a 100% credit card payment or if they will come service your car for free under your house. We recently did multiple runs to the Mopar service centre due to never-ending warranty issues and there was no sign of any such home service. Then we caught wind of a Facebook ad by the Nissan dealer, advertising “free Thursday pick and drop” service, so we decided to try that out because we absolutely hate wasting time on car servicing.
The Infiniti QX60 is an important vehicle for the Japanese brand when it comes to sales charts, yet its Nissan Pathfinder roots were always obvious. Infiniti has decided to do something about it and thus comes the Infiniti QX60 Monograph prototype, previewing the bigger differentiation in design of the next-generation 2022 QX60 when it comes around next year.
With the recently launched Kia Seltos and the large Telluride making waves in different parts of the world, Kia is continuing its strong expansion in the crossover arena. The fourth-generation 2021 Kia Sorento was already revealed for Asian markets, but more details have been released with the debut of the U.S. version.
Luxury minivans belong to a very tiny niche but that has never stopped manufacturers from dropping one or two products into this segment. Usually these products compete with executive sedans or mid-size SUVs and try to woo the rich with their colossal cabin space. China is especially popular for chauffeur-driven cars, and Lexus has decided to step up the game. Their new Lexus LM300h minivan takes the fight right up the alley of the Bentleys. Talk about confidence.
