New JAC heavy-duty trucks launched in the UAE

Al Habtoor Motors, the sole distributor of JAC Motors in the UAE, has unveiled its latest fleet of JAC commercial vehicles, adding two heavy-duty trucks to its lineup.

The launch event showcased a range of light and heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles to company delegates, key stakeholders and the media.

The induction of heavy-duty trucks complements the existing range of light commercial vehicles, such as the Sunray and M4 minibuses, cargo vans, and light trucks.

The new vehicles showcased were the heavy-duty vehicles – the PROMATE 2049 and WORKMATE 4146.

Each vehicle will feature newly designed ergonomic dashboards and air suspensions, which should improve the driving experience and minimize driver fatigue.

The trucks are equipped with Cummins EURO V engines, which produce about 460 hp and 2300 Nm of torque. They weigh about 10 tons and have a GVW rating of up to 41 tons.
