2022 Ford Explorer ST-Line revealed

The Ford Explorer ST is no slouch. But what if you just need the visual drama and not the bonkers pace? The 2022 Ford Explorer ST-Line is just the recipe for you.

But not being a full-fat ST does not take the shine completely away from the Explorer ST-Line. This gets a 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine, good enough for a healthy 300 hp. This engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

The Explorer ST-line comes with a completely blacked-out grill, dual exhaust tips, 20-inch alloy wheels, and an ominous dark tint on the headlights and taillights. The Explorer badge is written wide on the hood, with black lettering.

New tech like a 360-degree camera, heated steering wheel, wireless charging, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, and heated front seats find their way into the cabin of the Explorer ST-Line. To make matters more interesting, a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system is also thrown into the package.

Advanced Driver assistance tech bundled in the Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ is offered. In the trim hierarchy, the ST-Line sits between the XLT and Limited.

It is not confirmed where the ST-Line will come to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and rest of the Middle East.
