2020 Porsche Macan Turbo revealed

Porsche has revealed the new 2020 Macan Turbo. Even though most new Porsche’s have a turbocharged engine, the German manufacturer has stuck to keeping the names of top models as “Turbo”. 

The Macan Turbo gets the new 2.9-litre turbocharged V6 engine, the same as the ones found in the Cayenne and Panamera. Power in the Macan Turbo jumps from 348 hp to 435 hp, while torque rises to 550 Nm. Along with the 7-speed PDK transmission and the sports chrono package, the Turbo can hit from 0 to 100 kph in 4.3 seconds.

For the exterior, the front fascia gets slightly more aggressive styling, while the rear adds a small wing. The Macan Turbo sits on standard 20-inch alloy wheels. Some side skirts have been added as well.

The interior gets a 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, offering customers standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. A 14-speaker Bose audio system is also standard.

Expect the 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo to come to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries sometime next year.
