So we got a 2017 Renault Koleos
It’s amazing that the previous-generation Renault Koleos ran for almost a decade with only minor changes. In the fast-paced crossover segment, that’s an eternity. However, it looks like the new model was worth the wait, as the Koleos seems to be reaching for the stars in the entry-level luxury segment now.
Among generic crossovers, Renault has managed to create something that turns heads, with their own unique take on the LED lighting trend while keeping the overall look clean.
Inside, there’s good use of premium materials and technology, especially that 8.7-inch iPad-like screen in our top-spec tester.
While it is new from the ground up, the Korean-built Renault is saddled with the CVT-mated 2.5-litre from its platform-mate, the Nissan X-Trail, which reflects in the way it drives. More on that in the full review.

Great to see Renault coming back into the market with some rather good looking cars with styling on par with some luxury brands. Even the Talisman looks very classy. Some pricing info would’ve been nice though.
