2016 Jaguar XF officially revealed
Jaguar have officially revealed details and pictures of the 2016 XF.
While it looks like an enlarged XE, which debuted last year, the new XF is actually 7mm shorter and lowered by 3mm than the outgoing model, but the wheelbase has been stretched by 51mm to give it more reat seat leg room. The new XF is also 190 kg lighter than its predecessor, thanks to the body construction now consisting of 75% aluminium.
The petrol engines on offer in the new XF will be a 3.0-litre V6 turbocharged unit producing 296 hp and 430 Nm of torque, and a 3.0-litre V6 supercharged motor churning out 375 hp and 450 Nm torque. They are equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Inside the XF, it will get the InControl Touch Pro infotainment system with a 10.2-inch touchscreen display powered by a quad-core processor and equipped with a solid state drive (SSD). There’s also a reconfigurable 12.3-inch TFT instrument cluster and a 825-watt Meridian digital surround sound system connected to 17 speakers.
The 2016 Jaguar XF should make its way to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries by the end of the year.

granted the cars get better quality wise. design wise jaguar has deteriorated extremely IMHO..

The front facias of Jag, Infinit Q50 and Mazda6 2016 are very similar.
