Nissan gets official dealer for Saudi Arabia

2014 Nissan Patrol
Nissan has officially re-entered the Saudi Arabian car market, with Alissa Auto becoming the sanctioned dealer for the brand in the country.

Nissan has several plans for the Kingdom, such as opening the first showroom to follow their new corporate look for dealerships around the world, to open 18 showrooms and 19 service outlets across the country by the end of this year, to be among the top three in terms of customer service, and to reach 12% market share by 2016.

The entire GCC-spec range will be available in Saudi Arabia, including the 2014 Nissan Patrol. Nissan also announced that they will launch eight new models over the next three years.

  1. Al Hamrani united company has been the official dealer in Saudi Arabia since ages.

  2. Alissa has been the dealer since last July I guess.

  3. very interesting, learnt something again..

wasnt aware that only imports were available all these years

i guess the saudis have a reason to celebrate in a sense.. 🙂

  4. This business is all about distribution especially in the Gulf. You have Master distributor, channel distributor, re-seller, agent, wholesaler, retail sales, etc… Looks like Hamrani needed help which is ok.

Basically, from this point on, Alissa is the official dealer, and they’ve just announced it publicly. Whether they’re already selling cars since July or last year or whatever, or whether the old dealers are still selling leftovers or whatever kind of arrangement they had with Nissan previously, is irrelevant now.

  6. Al Hamrani is the main delar in KSA
