SRT Viper gets limited Anodized Carbon Special Edition Package
We’re not sure if the SRT Viper can be classified as an exotic supercar. But the new limited-edition Anodized Carbon Special Package is a step in the right direction. Shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show last month, the SRT enters the sub-zero level in coolness with this new add-on.
Limited to merely 50, the package will be availalble Viper GTS model. And the first striking detail is the un-named metallic matte exterior colour. You also couldn’t miss the Black Vapour Chrome “Rattler” wheels and the contrasting orange brake calipers. Furthermore, you’ll get gloss black exterior badges as well as carbon-fibre brake ducts and rear appliqué.
Changes in the interior includes alcantara wrapped headliner, door bolsters and knee blockers; orange stitching on the door trim, centre console, instrument panel and on the Nappa leather and alcantara seats. There’s also carbon-fibre accents throughout the centre stack, door panels and steering wheel.
The Viper GTS is powered by a handcrafted 8.4-litre V10 producing 640 hp and 813 Nm of torque. The combination of a striking exterior and a venomous engine certainly make a vicious combination. Anyhow, we wouldn’t be surprised if a few made it to GCC soil before being sold out. For now, only the regular Viper GTS is on sale in UAE showrooms.
