Audi R8 catches fire in Fujairah petrol station

An Audi R8 reportedly caught fire on Friday afternoon in Fujairah while parked at a petrol station.

According to Gulf News, the Fujairah Civil Defence put out the fire quickly, before it became a larger disaster.

No injuries were sustained, but the Audi R8 Spyder was completely destroyed, while also damaging part of the petrol station’s roof. The station has been closed pending repairs and an investigation. At the moment, it is unclear what caused the fire.
