Performance figures for sold-out McLaren P1

Performance figures for sold-out McLaren P1

McLaren P1
The McLaren P1 is no joke by any means, as its sculpted design and bold stance was good enough to establish mental authority over many hypercars out there. But now it also proves to take on the competitors as they reveal the performance figures for the P1.

In a few words, from 0-100 kph is met in a mere 2.8 seconds, from 0-200 kph in just 6.8 seconds and touches the 300 kph mark in 16.5 seconds. And as expected, the P1 will scream all the way to 350 kph. All the grunt comes from two power sources; a 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 and a lightweight electric motor. Total power stands at 903 hp and torque at 900 Nm.

The P1 with those figures not only trumps the F1 on paper (not that the two have to be compared), but it also turns out to be a worthy replacement to the F1.

A total of 375 examples of the P1 will be built and sold all over the world. McLaren also confirmed the first delivery of the vehicle to an undisclosed UK-based customer. However, it’s too late if you are thinking about getting one now as McLaren recently announced all 375 units have been sold.
