2014 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible
Chevrolet recently revealed some details on the new Camaro Convertible. The car is due to make its official appearance at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show this month.

It’s got the same refreshed face like its coupe counterpart, besides the chopped roof of course. Differences from the previous model include a wider, lower grille and a narrower upper grille. At the back, you get the generic Camaro rear lamps and a diffuser.

The Camaro Convertible will be powered by a 6.2-litre V8 producing 432 hp and 569 Nm of torque and mated to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The manual version reportedly hits from 0-100 kph in 5.4 seconds.

Inside, you get the ‘MyLink’ infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen display in the dashboard and heads-up display on the windshield. However, you won’t be getting any Recaro seats in the convertible, unlike the coupe.

We expect the Camaro, both the coupe and the convertible to make an entry into the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC by the end of the year.

  1. Why is the Camaro smiling like a Mazda?

  2. i don’t know if the convert dose 0 to 100 in 5.4 but 2012 coupe manual dose it in 4.9 i tested it many times and once with racing fuel it did it in 4.5.also i herd that they gave it a diet for the new 2014 so it is most probably faster.
