Dodge Ram Runner U.S. package available for 2011

Dodge Ram Runner U.S. package available for 2011

Considering all the hype that the offroad-ready Ford F-150 Raptor is getting, Chrysler decided to sort of get in on the action by offering aftermarket parts from their own Mopar division for the Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The result is the Mopar Ram Runner.

Just the Stage 2 suspension kit, that includes the same three-inch diameter internal-bypass Fox Racing shocks used in the Raptor, aluminum A-arms and a whole lot of lift that is good for 14 inches of suspension travel, will cost the equivalent of Dhs 48,000 in the United States.

If you want to do the entire Ram Runner conversion, the other Mopar pieces include a tube bumper, fibre-glass front and rear fenders, a unique bonnet, a cold-air intake system and a special exhaust, all for an additional Dhs 107,000. And that’s not even including the cost of the truck yet.
