Alfardan Premier Motors awarded by Land Rover in Qatar

Alfardan Premier Motors Co., member of Alfardan Group of Companies and Land Rover’s exclusive importer in Qatar, has been chosen the winner of the Customer Service Performance Program for the fourth successive year. The program is an annual review of performance, efficiency and productivity of the After-Sales Team of Land Rover from all over Middle East & North Africa. The award was recently presented in Dubai to Mohamed Kandeel, General Manager of Alfardan Premier Motors by Robin Colgan, Managing Director of Jaguar & Land Rover Middle East.

This award validates Alfardan Group’s ongoing commitment to be a leading lifestyle goods and services’ provider in the Middle East supported by its skilled and trained staff. The Customer Service Performance Program initiated by the Regional Land Rover After-Sales Team based in Dubai measures the services provided through the feedback from the customer survey based on Key Performance Indicators and is leading to meet the high standards of the organization and exceeding customer expectation. The team plays an important role in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships across the MENA markets.
