  1. I have been working with GM for more than 28 years on the aftersales business having European responsabilities.
Currently I am the President of 4 Motion Vehicle Consulting Company and our main driver is coaching in Customer Contact Management in all dealer business processes which are supported by a Business Development Center. Those processes after being implemented in several pilot dealers in Canada have proved to deliver two digit growth in new and used car sales, aftersales and much more importan in gross profit. Overall the customer satisfaction on those pilot dealers have improved vs. prior of the Customer Contact Management and Business Development Center implementation.
