Arabian Automobiles Nissan 5-year extended warranty in UAE

Arabian Automobiles, the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates is enhancing its services with the introduction of Extended Warranty and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) insurance to its customer base in the UAE.

The insurance offers are the result of collaboration between Arabian Automobiles and Dubai Insurance Company. Mr. Khalid Al Rostamani, Vice Chairman, AW Rostamani Group (holding company of Arabian Automobiles Company) signed the agreement with Mr. Abdellatif Abuqurah, General Manager of Dubai Insurance Company at a ceremony in Dubai on Sunday.

Arabian Automobiles has become the first dealer in the UAE to provide an Extended Warranty of 5 years with unlimited mileage. On signing the agreement, Mr. Abuqurah said, “We are happy to announce to Arabian Automobiles customers this additional benefit which they can avail at a small cost in addition to the purchase price of a new vehicle. This will entitle them to vehicle insurance and cover for up to 5 years, which is a first in the UAE.”

The two companies have also signed an agreement for GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) Insurance which will protect Arabian Automobiles customers in the case of vehicle theft or total loss. Khalid Al Rostamani said, “GAP insurance will cover the difference between the original value of the car and its current market price. With the introduction of GAP insurance, we intend to protect the assets of our customers and enhance their peace of mind in the first 3 years of vehicle ownership. We have made this policy available to both cash and finance customers, and it is offered at a minimal cost.”

Arabian Automobiles is currently running the ‘Unbeatable 5’ offer which entitles customers to free insurance for 1 year on the purchase of a new Nissan vehicle. The offer is also providing the option of a 0% down payment facility and accompanying finance with a highly competitive 4.5% interest rate for up to maximum term of 6 years, in addition to 2 years’ service maintenance. Arabian Automobiles recently announced its summer promotion with free travel vouchers for all customers buying a new Nissan. This offer is valid across all the Arabian Automobiles showrooms in the UAE.

  1. I purchased a Nissan car and is on my 4 th year now. When ever I take my vehicle for any service or for any check at Al Rowstamani in Sharjah near Tasheel, the Egyptian guy over the counter is so rude. Last time when I went for a faulty battery replacement, he asked to pay me 300 dhs just to check the battery and battery cost extra, so in total I have to pay 550 of the battery change- Amron 12 V, 55 AMP battery, which I changed for 300 dhs at a battery shop. So am on five year warranty still they charge me 300 dhs for checking the battery. So what’s the warranty meant for. Even in private workshops they offer free battery check up. So am confused That nissan is cheating it’s customers. We had a lot of complaints about Nissan’s service in Sharjah at alrowstamani from our fb group. Why nissan is cheating it’s customers day by day. I hope nissan lacks proper management. I desert an answer or iam going for a legal help.

    Thanks and regards
