Ahmed Zayani launching new Skoda models in Bahrain

Ahmed Zayani & Sons, exclusive agents for Škoda auto in the Kingdom of Bahrain, unveiled the latest generation of the Škoda Octavia and Superb at a launch held at their showroom in Zinj.

After being formally unveiled at the 2008 Paris Motor Show, the new Škoda Octavia, with its elegant, timeless design, advanced technology and excellent value for money, is sure to be a sensation in Bahrain.

The design of the new car reinforces it as a member of Škoda’s ever-popular line-up with redesigned lines along the front and rear of the vehicle to give the car a more refined yet sophisticated elegance.

Commenting on the latest Octavia model to arrive in Bahrain, Jeffrey Barrett, General Manager, Automotive division, Ahmed Zayani & Sons said, “the Škoda Octavia is sure to enthral customers in Bahrain. The Octavia’s new 1.8-litre turbocharged engine mated to the smooth 7-speed DSG gearbox gives a staggering performance along with excellent fuel economy. Then with the car in reverse, the superb will automatically coordinate the steering angle in accordance with the input of the intelligent sensors and the Maxi DOT display. Customers can marvel as the new Superb accurately parks itself.
