Overview
The Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet made its debut in the GCC in 2016. It remains unchanged for 2017. It is powered with a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. It gets either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed DSG automatic transmission. The latest generation Beetle breaks free of the geometry of the previous model and has an extended bonnet, sharply swept-back windscreen and a longer wheelbase. Modified interior ergonomics have produced an improved feeling of space with its longer roof section. Features include power steering, power windows, electric mirrors, radio with CD/MP3/USB support, parking sensors, manual A/C, fabric seats, central locking with keyless remote, anti-theft system, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and 17-inch alloy wheels. Optional equipment include Xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights and up to 19-inch alloy wheels.
