2011 Ssangyong Rodius

The Rodius is the only Ssangyong-badged vehicle in the line-up that is not a 4WD wagon. Considerably ugly before, it underwent a recent facelift to improve its looks, although it is still a nightmare to look at. The five-door Rodius can seat seven or eight people, depending on how many people you want to cram in, and comes with a good set of features. The most significant of these is the 3.2-litre inline-six engine built under license from Mercedes-Benz, based on a ten-year-old design. The engine is mated to a five-speed automatic with manual shift capability, and power reaches the road through either a rear-wheel-drive or a four-wheel-drive system.
