2012 Porsche Panamera

The all-new Porsche Panamera is the German manufacturer's first ever 4-door sedan model. The 'Gran Turismo' is available in five versions, namely the Panamera S, the Panamera 4S and the top-of-the-range Panamera Turbo, with the base Panamera V6 and the Panamera 4 V6 joining the range in the summer of 2010, while the flagship Panamera Turbo S debuted in early 2011. The Panamera S and the Panamera 4S have a 4.8-litre V8, while the Panamera Turbo has a turbocharged 4.8-litre V8. An upgraded 4.8-litre turbo V8 comes the Panamera Turbo S, with an overboost function as well. All come with a 7-speed PDK automanual gearbox, while the 4 V6, 4S and Turbo feature all-wheel-drive. The base V6 and the S can also be had with a 6-speed manual. All versions come with Porsche's new fuel-saving start-stop function.
