Ford Expedition 2025 Overview
The 2025 Ford Expedition is a large SUV manufactured in the United States. The new Expedition offers one of the biggest and most versatile family haulers, advanced in fuel economy, capability, and performance on and off-road.
The SUV is equipped with two types of engines: a 3.5-litre turbocharged V6 engine and a 3.5-litre turbocharged high-output V6 engine. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and offer FWD and 4WD drive configurations.
Standard exterior features include a chrome five-bar grille, LED fog lights, LED headlights, manual liftglass, 18-inch alloy wheels, and an optional panoramic roof. Inside, the SUV features an 8-way power driver seat, a 2-way manual passenger seat, 2 USB ports, console fridge, 8-inch productivity cluster, 12-inch LCD touchscreen, 6 speakers, Bluetooth and a wireless charging pad.
Safety features include 6 airbags, keyless entry, the Securilock® Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS), Child Restraint (Isofix), SOS Post-Crash Alert System, Perimeter Alarm, Individual Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), rearview camera, cruise control, remote start system, rear sensing system and Ford Co-Pilot360.

| Known Problems | In the US, there were recalls for the belt tension sensor which may malfunction, gear position display which may be inaccurate, and reduced seat back strength. Few owners reported moisture inside the taillights, Forward Collision Warning malfunction, and loud ticking noise on the Ecoboost engine which is considered normal fuel injector operation noise. |
