Overview
An all-new Ford Edge made its way to the GCC in 2016. It comes with three engine options. One is the same 3.5-litre V6 engine seen in the previous generation. The other two are turbocharged "Ecoboost" engines, of which one is the base 2.0-litre and the top variant with 2.7-litre. They all get a 6-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include cloth upholstery, 18-inch alloy wheels, manual a/c, power accessories and a CD/MP3 stereo. Moving up the trim levels, a number of options become available, including a panoramic Vista Roof, six-way power-adjustable front seats, Ford MyTouch touchscreen with SYNC voice-controlled multimedia computer and Sony stereo, USB and SD card ports, Bluetooth phone, dual-zone a/c, leather upholstery, remote starter, keyless entry with starter button, power-operated tailgate and more.
