2011 Dodge Challenger

The Dodge Challenger debuted in 2008, went on sale in the GCC by 2010, and has already been upgraded for the 2011 model year. The Challenger utilises retro styling that is largely a rethinking of the original 1970s Challenger's 2-door design. From this version, the Challenger became available in V6-powered base trim in the GCC. Sharing its platform, engine and mechanicals with other fullsize rear-wheel-drive Chrysler cars, the Challenger packs either a 3.6-litre V6 mated to a 5-speed automatic. Standard features in the V6 include sporty suspension, cloth upholstery, alloy wheels, keyless entry with starter button, CD/MP3 stereo, power accessories and not much else. Also available are a sunroof, racing stripes, rear sensors with camera, and the UConnect touchscreen multimedia system with voice controls as well as navigation, hard drive and Bluetooth phone. Safety features include ABS, stability control, front and side airbags.
