Overview
An all-new Chevrolet Tahoe was released as a 2015 model year. The exterior gets a complete redesign and also technical improvements, which includes a stronger frame. Under the hood is the same 5.3-litre V8 engine, but has been slightly updated for more horsepower and torque. Power is delivered through a 6-speed automatic transmission. In 2019, a Tahoe RST was revealed with a 6.2-litre engine, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Features include a new electric power steering system, power windows, electric mirrors, 12 device-charging locations, AM/FM radio with MP3/AUX/USB support, 4.2-inch display between the instrument panel, an optional 8-inch screen with MyLink infotainment system and alloy rims. The rear seats can fold down flat, allowing for more luggage space. The Tahoe RST gets magnetic ride control, optional Brembo performance brakes, Borla performance exhaust, illuminated black Chevrolet bowties, 22-inch gloss black aluminium wheels and RST badges.
