The Toyota Highlander is the Japanese brand's midsize hybrid SUV offering. Under the hood, it gets a 2.5-litre engine coupled with two electric motors, and power being delivered via an eCVT. Standard features in the American-made Highlander include power steering, power windows, electric mirrors, cruise control, fabric seats, tri-zone automatic AC, 4.2-inch information display, 8-inch screen for the display audio, 6 speakers, LED headlights and 18-inch alloy wheels. The higher model gets leather seats, power seats with memory function, navigation, panoramic roof and 20-inch alloy wheels. Standard safety features include 7 airbags (dual, front, side, curtain, knee airbags), adaptive cruise control, lane assist, pre-collision system, lane departure assist, stability control and tyre pressure monitor.
