2010 Ssangyong Actyon

The compact Actyon looks like nothing else on the road. If there ever was a sporty-looking 4WD, this is it. Too bad its 2.3-litre four-cylinder joke of an engine does not back up its looks. The engine is mated to a manual or an automatic gearbox, and power reaches the road through a four-wheel-drive system that even includes low-range gearing. Based on the same platform as other Ssangyong 4WD vehicles, the five-door Actyon can seat up to five people and comes with a host of cabin features, including a liftgate rear end. Available features include cloth or leather upholstery, electric mirrors, alloy wheels of different sizes, CD player, keyless entry, power windows, cruise control and more. Safety features include dual front airbags with available side bags. The four-wheel disc brakes are assisted by ABS with Automatic Braking Differential, whatever that is, while traction control, hill descent control and stability control are all also available.
