2012 Nissan Xterra

The rugged Xterra debuted in the GCC during late 2007 and got a facelift for the 2009 model year. The Xterra is a simple but capable alternative to the Pathfinder, incorporating as much off-road gear while originally forgoing most luxury features, but Nissan did add a few conveniences in 2009 due to customer demand. The five-seater Xterra is powered by the Pathfinder's 4.0-litre V6 engine, with four-wheel-drive, low-range gearing and either a six-speed manual or a five-speed automatic. All 2009 Xterra trims now have a redesigned front end featuring two new grilles, namely sandblast aluminium finish on X, S and Off-Road models, and satin chrome finish for Xterra SE models.
