2009 Maserati GranTurismo

The attractive GranTurismo is a modern replacement for the 4200GT coupe, derived from a shortened Quattroporte platform. The sizeable GranTurismo is a pure Italian, given its Ferrari-developed engine and mechanicals, powered by a 4.2-litre V8 mated to a 6-speed automatic that adjusts to individual driving styles. An S version ups the ante with a new 4.7-litre V8, mated to a 6-speed MC-Shift automanual. A lighter GranTurismo MC Stradale made its debut later on in 2011 and had little more power, as well as some exterior modifications to improve aerodynamics. Everything can be customised, including the interior, which can be had in a choice of 10 colours, accented by either wood or body-colour trim.
