Overview
The Jaguar XJ is generally available in four trim levels in SWB and LWB versions. The UAE and some other GCC markets will only see the Premium Luxury, Portfolio and SuperSport versions, all in LWB form. The XJ Premium Luxury and the Portfolio will be available with a 5.0-litre naturally-aspirated V8. The XJ Portfolio can also be optioned up with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8. The SuperSport comes exclusively with a higher-tuned 5.0-litre supercharged V8. Finally a supercharged 3.0-litre V6 engine completes the line-up. All models are rear-wheel-drive mated with 8-speed automatic gearboxes. Features include an aluminium body, air suspension, "Adaptive Dynamics" continuously-variable damping, adaptive cruise control, keyless entry and start, "Active Differential Control" and quick-ratio power steering.
