Overview
All A5 versions feature a loudmouth grille framed by rectangular headlights, a very thick C-pillar, frameless windows, and a waistline that flows upwards around the wheel arches. The Audi A5 coupe is powered by either a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine, 2.0-litre turbo 4-cylinder or a 3.0-litre V6 supercharged engine. Power is delivered through a CVT transmission for the front-wheel-drive 1.8-litre version, and a 7-speed tiptronic auto transmission for the Quattro all-wheel-drive versions. It gets a 4.2-litre V8 engine with a 7-speed automatic. Technology includes partial LED lighting, an electromechanical parking brake, an all-plastic key and three-zone climate control, along with all the usual luxury features, such as power windows, electric mirrors, sunroof and leather upholstery. Safety features include multiple airbags, ABS and stability control.
