2010 Mercury Milan

The Mercury Milan is supposed to be a slightly upscale version of the Ford Fusion, on which it is based. However, aside from the unique exterior, the Milan is exactly the same as the Fusion underneath, right down to the interior styling. Engines include a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder and a 3.0-litre V6, both mated to a 6-speed automatic and a front-wheel-drive platform. The interior design has metallic finishes on the instrument panel, centre console, doors and steering wheel, while a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel, shifter and padded armrests are standard. The seats received a makeover when compared to the previous model, with revised seat contours and more side support, with contrasting stitching and leather inserts. Drivers will be greeted by a new 'welcome' sequence, where gauge needles sweep back and forth as the lighting and new chimes come on.
