2009 Infiniti QX56

Named after its 5.6-litre V8 engine, the QX56 is based on the Nissan Armada, which is itself is based on pickup truck platform. It is basically an upscale version of a less expensive model, although the QX56 does have unique styling. The QX56 four-wheel-drive system uses a transfer case with with settings for rear-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, 4-high and 4-low. It has three rows of seats, with the third row easy to fold flat. New for 2007 was a tiny increase in power, while 2008 added 20-inch chromed alloy wheels, redone interior and a restyled grille.
