The Infiniti JX is a new midsize crossover based on a front-driven platform shared with the new-generation Nissan Pathfinder. Powered by a 3.5-litre V6 mated to a CVT automatic and all-wheel-drive, the Infiniti JX35 is aimed at the family crowd for whom the other Infiniti SUVs are too "unique" for their own good. With three-row seating, leather upholstery and a touchscreen multimedia computer, all models are generously equipped as luxury vehicles, unlike the cloth-wearing base models peddled as premium vehicles by German competitors.
