Overview
The Acadia is GMC's first crossover wagon that combines car-like handling with the utility of a 4WD wagon, offering three rows of seating for up to eight passengers. The design consists of polished aluminium roof rails, projector beam headlights, LED taillights and a rear spoiler. The Acadia is powered by a new 3.6-litre V6 with variable valve timing, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission and an optional all-wheel-drive system with no low range. The interior features a "low and away" instrument panel and a Smart Slide second-row feature allows easier access to the third row. Features include power windows, CD/MP3 stereo with six speakers, electric mirrors, keyless entry and more. Optional features include rear-seat DVD entertainment, HID headlights, sunroof, parking sensors, leather seats, tri-zone climate control and more.
