Overview
In 2015, the Audi A7 Sportback got a facelift. Almost 5 metres long with a low roofline, the Audi A7 Sportback is a full-sizer riding on 18-inch to 20-inch wheels, and as with all Audi sedans, really rides a front-wheel-drive platform, with optional 'Quattro' all-wheel-drive tacked onto the higher trim levels. Three engines are on offer - 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder, 2.8-litre V6 and a 3.0-litre supercharged unit, all of which are mated to an 'S-tronic' 7-speed automatic transmission. Standard options include 4-zone automatic air-conditioning, reverse-camera, MMI touch-sensitive navigation system, 10-speaker audio system. Optional equipment include interior leather packages for the seats and door trim, sports suspension, air suspension, front and reverse camera, park assist, side assist, night-vision, lane-assist and BOSE surround sound.

In the US, there were recalls for improper welds on the fuel rail which may leak, passenger airbag which may deploy improperly and the head curtain airbag which may deploy improperly. Some reports of driver and passenger lumbar support adjustment stop functioning, LED headlights to have random errors and the audio unit randomly freezing and deleting the saved radio stations.
