2026 Volkswagen Teramont

The Volkswagen Teramont is the German brand's first entry into the seven-seater SUV market. While it is longer than the Touareg, it is not their flagship SUV. It is built in the United States and sold as the Atlas over there. VW felt the demand for SUVs and 7-seaters in this region was healthy enough to be introduced here. Teramont continues the tradition of naming their SUV line-up starting with a "T". In 2021, it received a facelift and some interior upgrades.

Under the hood, the 2026 VW Teramont has two engine options. The standard engine is a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder unit, which is available in FWD and AWD, while there is the optional 3.6-litre V6 motor available only as AWD.
