Overview
An all-new model of the Nissan Pathfinder came out in 2022. This fifth generation is paying homage to the original one with elements such as a three-notch front grille, triangular C-pillar, and side wheel fenders inspired by the first generation.
Under the hood, it gets an updated 3.5-litre V6, mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The optional 4x4 system has 7 modes, including Eco, Sport, Sand, and Mud.
The interior also received a redesign, getting an electronic shifter. An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is standard, while upper trims get a 9-inch unit with wireless Apple CarPlay capability.
The top-spec 2026 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum model gains a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 10.8-inch heads-up display in addition to the 9.0-inch screen. The fifth-generation Pathfinder comes standard as an 8-seater, with optional second-row bucket seats.
