Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class Coupe 2022 Overview
Mercedes-Benz GLC replaced the GLK and also added a Coupe model in 2017. In 2020, it got a slight facelift and updated infotainment system. Under the hood, the GLC 200 Coupe and GLC 300 Coupe gets a turbocharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine connected to a small battery to make it a mild hybrid system. Power is delivered via a 9-speed automatic transmission. Features include AMG alloys, sporty bumpers, power windows, electric mirrors, multimedia screen, navigation, CD/MP3 stereo, USB port, Bluetooth, cruise control, keyless entry and other features. Standard safety features include front airbags, side-curtain airbags, radar-based collision-prevention assist, attention assist, stability control and ABS. Other available features include LED xenon headlights, active parking assist, rear camera, hill-start assist and a interior ambient-lighting pack. Additional safety options include adaptive cruise control, adaptive highbeam assist, speed-limit sign assist, blind-spot assist and lane-keeping assist.

| Known Problems | In the US, there are recalls for the seat belt being detected as unlatched, passenger airbag which may not deploy, rear seat belt which may not be able to unlatch, and turn signal color which may be incorrect. Few owners reported unresolved clunking noise on full lock turn which they term it as 'crabbing', touchscreen going blank, and sunroof getting stuck. |
