2009 Lincoln MKZ

The Lincoln MKZ is a midsize entry-level luxury sedan. While the name is confusing, the MKZ is supposed to bring in younger buyers to traditionally old-fashioned Lincoln. While the car is somewhat based on the older Ford Mondeo platform, classic Lincoln design elements include a "waterfall" grille and chromed 17-inch alloy wheels, while the interior features leather and real wood or aluminium trim. The standard engine is the Ford 3.5-litre V6, with a 6-speed automatic. Interestingly, all-wheel-drive is standard for the GCC market, which sets it apart from its usual competitors. Compared to the Ford Mondeo, all aspects of the Lincoln chassis, including spring rates, shocks, and bushings have been tuned for a comfortable ride, while retaining responsive handling.
