2018 Lexus LS

The Lexus LS has been completely overhauled for 2018, featuring major changes inside out. The handsome exterior and extravagant interior aside, this new LS will be the first Lexus LS ever to sport a V6 engine, deviating from the customary V8 application since the first LS rolled off into the international market during the 90's. There will be two models available initially - the LS 500 which sports a twin-turbo V6 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and a LS 500 h hybrid model sporting a naturally-aspirated Atkinson-cycle V6 engine mated to two electric motors, and an industry-first hybrid automatic transmission, which is a combination of the traditional 4-speed automatic with a CVT.
